Product Manager International - Installation Systems (a) 80-100%
MAIN TASKS
Do you want to actively shape international products and successfully bring innovations to market? As Product Manager International, you are responsible for the product area of actuation plates. You combine market understanding, technical know-how, and entrepreneurial thinking, leading interdisciplinary teams successfully to the goal. This particularly includes the following activities:
- Strategic further development of the international product portfolio in the area of actuation plates
- Development and implementation of product and portfolio strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Analysis of market, customer, and technology trends
- Preparation of business cases, prioritisation of product initiatives, and definition of product requirements
- Responsibility for product launches, product changes, and portfolio clean-ups
- Intensive collaboration with international sales companies as well as internal departments such as development, production, quality, purchasing, and logistics
- Work location Jona (SG, Switzerland) with occasional international travel
PROFILE
You have a completed engineering degree, complemented by business management training. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:
- Several years of experience in product management, innovation management, or product development, preferably with a background in multi-level B2B business.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in developing and marketing successful products
- Ability to translate technical, economic, and market-related requirements into sustainable product solutions
- High initiative, decisiveness, and implementation orientation combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoyment of international collaboration as well as leading projects and teams without direct authority
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
