Your daily routine? Creating connections, understanding our clients’ needs, identifying the right talents and developing your network in the Valais market.
Your role:
You take charge of recruiting and following up with your candidates and collaborators, while actively contributing to the agency’s development.
Specifically, you will:
• search for, approach and recruit the best profiles;
• develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and partners;
• understand the needs of our clients and the realities of their professions;
• conduct interviews and ensure candidate selection;
• support and follow up with collaborators on assignments;
• build a lasting relationship of trust with candidates and clients;
• be present in the field and detect new opportunities;
• actively participate in the agency’s business development
Profile Sought
What we are looking for:
Above all, a personality.
You enjoy contact, naturally have a sense of networking and know how to quickly build relationships. You are dynamic, responsive, persevering and have a true commercial flair.
Autonomous and organised, you like to take initiatives, find solutions and move things forward.
A knowledge of or strong interest in the building, construction and industry sectors is a real plus.
Experience matters, of course. But your energy, commercial temperament, network and desire to succeed will also make the difference.
