Role:
Do you want to shape the digital workplace of tomorrow and intelligently connect modern Microsoft technologies? Endpoint management, cloud identity, and automated client infrastructures are among your strengths? We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer who further develops complex IT workplace environments, establishes security standards, and creates a powerful digital workplace experience through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities:
Architecture, engineering, and continuous development of modern Microsoft workplace platforms
Design and implementation of holistic endpoint management strategies with Microsoft Intune
Automation of client configurations, software deployments, and administration processes using PowerShell
Management and optimisation of identity and access architectures with Microsoft Entra ID
Development of modern zero-touch deployment concepts with Windows Autopilot
Implementation of security policies, conditional access, and endpoint security
Further development of Microsoft 365 integrations and cloud-based workplace solutions
Design and implementation of Windows 11 client architectures
Introduction and optimisation of compliance, configuration, and device management standards
Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues within distributed workplace environments
Development of reusable automation solutions and standardised operational processes
Participation in cloud transformations and modern workplace projects
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in modern workplace engineering, client engineering, or endpoint management
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Management
Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity concepts
Very good PowerShell skills for automation and system administration
Practical experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, configuration profiles, and application deployment
Experience with conditional access, MFA, compliance policies, and endpoint security
Understanding of zero-trust architectures and modern security-by-design principles
Experience with hybrid Active Directory and cloud identity environments
Analytical and structured working style as well as strong problem-solving skills
Enjoyment of technological advancement and automation of complex IT processes
