Role:
Do you want to apply your expertise in international trade purposefully? In this position, you will coordinate cross-border business processes, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and support the further development of efficient export procedures.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate the processing of international customer orders taking into account applicable trade regulations.
You are responsible for the creation and verification of customs, shipping, and origin documents.
You support internal departments with questions regarding export control and international trade regulations.
You work closely with external service providers and authorities to ensure smooth information exchange.
You review legal requirements and optimise existing processes in the export and customs area.
You participate in internal controls, evaluations, and training to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma and have further training in foreign trade or customs.
You bring several years of experience in international goods traffic, ideally from an industrial company.
You have in-depth knowledge of customs procedures, rules of origin, and preferential regulations.
You are familiar with international delivery terms and cross-border goods movements.
You are fluent in German and English; additional foreign languages are welcome.
