Export and Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

- Contact person for customers
- Order processing and management
- Tracking and ensuring deliveries to our export customers as well as coordinating delivery dates
- Interface to the contacts in sales and supply chain
- Creation/processing of returns and complaints
- Creation and analysis of KPIs and development of resulting action plans
- Analysis and creation of forecasts
- Project management
- Coordination of internal work steps and deadline tracking with the responsible interfaces
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Experience in order management and customer support
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in export
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP
- Analytical thinking skills and experience in working with and evaluating key figures
- Very good German and good English skills
