ZurichYour Tasks
- You ensure the professional and timely payroll processing for the assigned area of responsibility and handle the associated administrative tasks.
- You record and maintain payroll-relevant data, especially in the areas of withholding tax and family allowances, ensuring correct data quality.
- You participate in the monthly and annual closing tasks as well as in matters related to accident and health insurance.
- You support AOZ employees with questions regarding time management and ensure competent and solution-oriented handling of their concerns.
- You conduct training sessions in the area of time management and provide suitable tools and information for the correct application of processes and systems.
- You actively contribute to the optimisation of payroll and time management processes as well as to projects and the further development of the tools used.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ and further training at the professional examination (BP) level in payroll and/or social insurance is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in human resources with sound knowledge in payroll processing as well as in monthly and annual closings
- Solid user knowledge in Abacus is mandatory, knowledge of UKA and other time recording systems is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1) as well as good MS Office and IT user skills
- Networked, solution-oriented and independent working style, high discretion as well as pronounced team and service orientation

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 85,000 and 105,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
