For our Richner exhibition at Kalchbühlstrasse 40 in Chur, we are looking for an engaged person immediately or by arrangement for the Specialist Consultant Sanitary and Tiles (m/f/d) 100%.

With us, you will become a reliable contact for our customers - from the first idea to the final implementation. Become part of our team and bring your passion into a versatile and inspiring environment!

• You welcome and advise private customers, builders, architects and installers in our exhibition.
• You recognise needs, show suitable solutions and confidently guide customers through the consultation and sales process.
• You prepare offers and selection vouchers and assist in choosing suitable products.
• You contribute to the design of attractive bathroom and living concepts in the sanitary and tiles sector.
• You create appealing 3D visualisations.
• You competently and service-orientedly answer customer enquiries by phone.
• You actively help shape our exhibition and ensure it is current and attractively presented.
• You are willing to work on Saturdays (opening hours from 8.00 to 12.00)

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following skills and experience, you are our ideal candidate:

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in sales, customer consulting, retail, residential consulting, internal service or commercial environment is an advantage
• Experience in the construction ancillary trade as well as in the sanitary or tiles sector is welcome but not a prerequisite
• Enjoyment in working with digital tools and willingness to further develop your technical skills
• Enthusiasm for our products and the ability to convince customers both professionally and emotionally
• Thoughtful, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Quick comprehension and attention to detail
• Neat appearance and positive charisma
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
