About the job

This is your area of responsibility:

• You advise your clients as well as candidates in ongoing recruitment processes in a targeted and successful manner
• In exchange with both parties, you respond intensively to their needs so that you can take on the advisory and mediating role as a consultant at Careerplus
• Using compelling job advertisements and active sourcing, you attract new candidates for open vacancies
• You prepare the candidates for interviews and ensure that they face the respective companies with a good dose of self-confidence
• Organisation is not a foreign word to you - you always keep an overview of both your own and your partners' appointments
• You continuously expand your network and thus ensure sustainable cooperation with your clients

What you bring with you:

• Enjoyment of intensive contact with clients, a confident appearance, a winning manner, and empathy
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate an open and transparent feedback culture
• A completed degree (HF/FH/Uni) in business administration, psychology, tourism or similar; professional experience is not necessarily required
• German is your mother tongue; good English or French skills are a plus
