Business Information Systems Specialist: Process Management

Actively shape the process landscape of one of the most modern hospital organisations in Switzerland. In this role, you take responsibility for the process management of the Directorate of Technology and Innovation (DTI). We are looking for a proactive personality who not only documents or coordinates processes but takes responsibility, recognises optimisation potential, and consistently implements improvements. Together with the other IT teams and specialist departments, you develop simple and effective processes that are lived in everyday work and create real added value for our organisation.

What to expect

• You are responsible for the DTI process map and continuously develop it strategically and operationally.
• You take end-to-end responsibility for selected IT processes – for example, demand management – and continuously develop these in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer benefit.
• You analyse existing workflows, consistently simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and independently implement improvements.
• You define and establish standards for process modelling and ensure that processes are uniformly documented according to BPMN 2.0.
• You work closely with other IT teams, such as service and application managers, and develop efficient, customer-oriented, and future-proof processes.
• You define key figures to measure process quality and promote continuous improvement.
• You are versatile and support, in addition to your process focus, tasks related to the CMDB and the DTI service management.

What you bring

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in business process management or process management.
• Sound knowledge of process modelling according to BPMN 2.0.
• Knowledge of IT service management and ITIL.
• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• You are a proactive personality with a pronounced understanding of processes and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You analyse, decide, and implement improvements pragmatically and sustainably.
• You convince through analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and strong communication and implementation skills.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
