The Children’s Hospital Zurich, with around 3,000 employees, is the largest university children’s hospital in Switzerland and one of the leading centres for paediatrics and adolescent medicine in Europe. Your Tasks

You ensure contemporary and patient-appropriate catering according to the Cook & Chill procedure.
You prepare individually prescribed diets and patient-requested meals.
You ensure collaboration with the nutritional counselling and nursing staff.
You work with the menu selection system Sanalogic.
You support the staff in other kitchen areas including the milk kitchen.
Ordering goods, implementing the hygiene concept, and documenting the evidence are also part of your duties.

Your Profile

Additional training as a diet cook EFZ is mandatory
Ideally several years of professional experience as a diet cook in a comparable establishment
Good PC skills
Initiative, independent working personality with a high awareness of hygiene and quality
