We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and experienced personality as Sous-Chef / Sous-Chef

Sous-Chef / Sous-Chef (m/f/d)

• Support and representation of the head chef in his absence
• Co-responsibility for the organisation and coordination of kitchen operations
• Leadership, motivation and support of the kitchen team
• Preparation and control of dishes at a high quality level
• Ensuring smooth à la carte and banquet operations
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Assistance with orders, goods control and inventory management

• Completed training as a cook
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• Experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Strong leadership, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Creativity and joy in cooking
• Resilience and flexibility
• Good German language skills
