Logistics Administration & Ramp Management Clerk (m/f/d)

• You direct all trucks to the correct ramp
• You keep an overview of the logistics processes, even when things get hectic
• Goods receipt forms reliably and punctually reach the employee and the system thanks to your diligence
• You keep an eye on daily operations and ensure smooth processes
• You use the internal Planzer warehouse systems efficiently and handle them confidently
• Reports are created by you with a clear focus on the essentials

• You must have completed vocational training, ideally with experience in logistics or a comparable role
• You are comfortable with computers and handle MS Office confidently and efficiently
• Structured working is in your nature – you keep an overview even when things need to be done quickly. You convince with responsibility, reliability, and a friendly, professional manner
• You appreciate contact with drivers, employees, and customers – you approach people openly and remain calm and solution-oriented even with challenging issues
• You are flexible, resilient, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You enjoy working on site and value direct team interaction – home office is not provided for this role
• You are proficient in German and French, whether on the phone, by email, or in personal conversation
