Role:
For a young, dynamic real estate company, we are looking on behalf of our client for reinforcement in real estate accounting. Here you will find a variety of projects like nowhere else. You can help shape, pitch in and build something together with the team.
Responsibilities:
You manage and coordinate real estate accounting for rental and condominium properties and are the interface between property management and accounting
You prepare annual and interim financial statements according to OR as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
You take care of creditor management including payment transactions as well as debt collection and dunning
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, a federal professional certificate and Abacus knowledge
You are IT-savvy, communicative and present yourself competently and confidently
You feel comfortable in a young company
You have flawless German in spoken and written form
