Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced leader to head the finance department. The company operates in the healthcare sector. It supports national and international organisations with strategic and operational issues. Organisational, administrative and health policy topics are professionally managed. In this versatile role, you will take on the professional, organisational and personnel management of the finance department and be responsible for the financial management of the company as well as selected mandates.
Responsibilities:
You bear overall responsibility for finances and lead the team professionally and personally
You are responsible for budgeting and forecasts and conduct controlling as well as profitability analyses
Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable, payment transactions and the preparation of annual financial statements for the company
Issuing correct processing of VAT returns
Close cooperation with the management
Further development of finance, accounting and controlling
Qualifications:
You have a Swiss Federal Certificate in finance and accounting or a degree specialising in controlling & accounting or a similar qualification
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
You possess analytical thinking skills and act entrepreneurially and solution-oriented
Fluent German language skills are required
