Sales and Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a Swiss company with high expertise in the development, production and marketing of specialised solutions for professional applications. Responsibilities:
Enter orders in the ERP system and accompany them until invoicing
Calculate quotations and maintain price documents
Handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing
Prepare documents for international shipments
Support the sales field service with administrative tasks
Coordinate delivery dates with internal departments and external partners
Document and process complaints and returns
Organise events as well as general sales administration
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Experience in order processing or internal sales
Knowledge of export business or international goods traffic is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP solutions
Independent and structured way of working
Reliable communication with customers and internal contacts
Teamwork, initiative and willingness to take on new topics
Very good German skills as well as good French skills
