Hello! Are you an experienced professional in property management looking for a new challenge? This Rocken partner is seeking a committed Specialist Property Management 80-100% (m/f/d) to strengthen their team. In this role, you can apply and develop your expertise and organisational skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- You manage a diverse property portfolio and are responsible for the administration and management of the properties
- Organising and conducting viewings as well as concluding rental agreements are part of your duties
- You act as a competent contact person for tenants and owners and attend to their concerns
- Monitoring and controlling rent payments as well as preparing service charge statements
- Planning and executing maintenance and renovation projects to preserve the value of the properties
- Close collaboration with craftsmen and external service providers to ensure all work is carried out on time and to a high standard
- Conducting property inspections and preparing condition reports
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in the property sector or a comparable commercial qualification
- Several years of professional experience in property management is required
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law and property administration
- You are characterised by an independent, precise and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation are your strengths
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, are necessary; additional language skills are an advantage
