In this role, you ensure the smooth running of customer visits, events, and workshops, creating unforgettable experiences for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organising, and conducting customer visits, events, workshops, as well as hybrid event formats
• Developing individual customer journeys and visit and experience concepts
• Coordinating hosts, speakers, departments, as well as internal and external service providers
• Ensuring a professional guest and visitor experience – from inquiry through execution to follow-up
• Responsibility for hospitality, infrastructure, and technical matters (rooms, AV technology, catering, and visitor support)
• Supporting broadcast, streaming, and hybrid events
• Creating reports, KPI analyses, and management presentations
• Further developing and digitising visitor and event processes (e.g. booking tools and CRM/visitor management systems)
• Contributing to strategic projects to optimise service quality, processes, and event offerings

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in event management, tourism, hospitality, marketing, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in planning and conducting events or customer events
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance at all hierarchy levels
• Experience working with various departments and external service providers
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with booking, CRM, or event management systems
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours for events
