In order to strengthen our current team, ITX is looking to hire the position of

International Mobility Administrator

With an immediate start date

The job in itself

- Ensure the administrative management of an international expatriate population for our clients
- Manage international expatriate payroll (arrivals, departures, and transfers, fixed and variable elements)
- Complete compensation calculations (initial package, package reviews, multi-currency)
- Prepare all contractual documents and expatriate conditions
- Manage all obligatory and/or international insurance and benefits coverages

Which profile we require

- Swiss Certificate of Assistant in Personnel Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of Swiss payroll management experience; ideally with exposure to international mobility

- Several years’ experience in HR administrative management, including social insurance and Swiss labour law (international deployments / coordination a plus).

- Highly developed analytical and organisational capacities
- Fully proficient in all common IT tools; expert knowledge of Excel will be a plus
- Advanced level English (minimum B2); fluency in both English and French will be preferred
- Rapidly available
