Ensuring the stable operation of the Microsoft Exchange infrastructure and associated messaging services
Analysis, optimisation, and continuous development of existing Exchange platforms
Administration and support of Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Handling complex technical enquiries in 2nd-level support
Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical adjustments in the messaging and workplace environment
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with corresponding advanced education
Very good and practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
Solid experience in messaging and collaboration solutions
Knowledge of virtualisation and modern workplace technologies
Experience in 2nd-level support, troubleshooting, and operation of Microsoft infrastructures
