Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our Rocken partner operates in the field of property management and impresses with a comprehensive range of services. The company manages a considerable portfolio of properties and rental units and acts as an objective, independent partner. Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the accounting and financial management of our real estate portfolio
- Posting of rental income and expenses, ancillary cost statements and operating costs
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our real estate objects
- Creation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Communication with tenants and owners on financial matters
- Support with tax matters and audits
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification in finance or accounting
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate sector
- Knowledge of real estate accounting software and MS Office applications
- Accuracy and diligence in dealing with numbers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills an advantage
