Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an innovative Swiss company in the metal processing industry with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Process export orders from recording to completed delivery
Arrange international shipments and continuously monitor transport processes
Coordinate delivery dates with freight forwarders, customers and internal departments
Create customs and transport documents and check for completeness
Plan routes and transports considering available capacities
Coordinate returns and administratively process the associated procedures
Regularly check delivery times and product availability
Support with transport quotations and customer complaints
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship in freight forwarding or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in export processing or international freight forwarding
Good knowledge in organising land transports
Experience with customs clearance and export documents is an advantage
Understanding of logistical processes and international goods movements
Structured, precise and independent working style
High quality awareness regarding documents and order data
Solution-oriented approach in dealing with customers and transport partners
