Description

CFC Assembly Electrician Apprenticeship

The assembly electrician installs, connects and commissions electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. This technical and manual profession allows you to work on site, in a team, while discovering modern and varied technologies.

Typical work situations:

• Install and pull cables and conduits
• Fit and connect panels, cabinets and electrical equipment
• Mount devices (sockets, switches, lighting, etc.)
• Perform measurements, checks and commissioning
• Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Collaborate with other building trades

Required conditions:

• Completed compulsory schooling (intermediate or higher level)
• Good knowledge of mathematics and geometry
• No colour vision impairment
• Interest in electricity and practical work
• Manual dexterity, precision and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, autonomy and motivation

Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years
