Foreign Trade Specialist Zurich City (m/f/d)

Role:
You can expect a versatile role in international inside sales with a focus on customer care, export and commercial coordination. You will support the management of key accounts and sales agencies, take on your own customers and ensure reliable order and export processing. At the same time, you will work with sales data, reports and price structures and actively contribute to the further development of the department.
Responsibilities:
Managing own customers as well as supporting key accounts and international sales agencies
Coordinating and processing customer orders in collaboration with planning
Creating and maintaining export documentation
Maintaining customer master data, price lists and sales-relevant information
Preparing reports, evaluations and rebate applications
Preparing customer and internal presentations
Participating in sales-related projects and campaigns
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in export or foreign trade, for example as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist, advantageous
Professional experience in international inside sales with export and enjoyment of customer care
Experience in export business or FMCG/consumer goods environment advantageous
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French advantageous
Strong customer orientation and good numerical understanding
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Willingness to travel occasionally for business
