Your working environment
As a Senior Project and Construction Manager, you take overall responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding construction projects. You lead and coordinate all phases – from planning through tendering to realisation – ensuring that quality, deadlines, and costs are always balanced. In close exchange with architects, project managers, specialists, and contractors, you implement projects that convince technically, aesthetically, and economically. You distinguish yourself through a structured working method, a clear focus on essentials, and strong leadership skills.

Your role:
Overall management and coordination of complex building construction projects in all execution phases
Collaboration on detailed studies and technical concepts in cooperation with architects and specialist planners
Preparation of tenders, obtaining and comparing offers, negotiations with contractors
Management and supervision of on-site construction execution (site management), including leadership of contractors and subcontractors
Cost, schedule, and quality control throughout the project duration
Ensuring compliance with building standards, occupational safety, and sustainability requirements
Handling warranty work and supporting handover to the client
Procurement and review of planning documents from architects and specialists
Ongoing reporting to project management and executive board
Your qualifications:
Completed vocational training EFZ (e.g. bricklayer, carpenter or similar)
Further training as a federally certified construction manager or HF technician in building construction is an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management or project management in building construction, ideally in the Swiss market
Experience in execution planning of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Solid knowledge of SIA standards, construction processes, and Swiss building regulations
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Proficient in digital tools (MS Office, Messerli, BauBit Pro, ArchiCAD/Revit, BIM-based working methods)
Assertive, organised, and resilient – even in complex project situations
Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
