Specialist in Process and Resource Management in Nursing

The Nursing Directorate staff supports the management of the directorate in overarching operational and organisational issues and accompanies projects and developments within nursing. As a specialist in process management, you support the staff management and project management in a variety of leadership support, process optimisation and organisational development tasks. In doing so, you contribute your business management perspective and also take on your own tasks and sub-projects.

What to expect

• You support the preparation and processing of decision-making and working bases for management
• You analyse existing processes and workflows (Epic) and contribute to their optimisation and further development
• You support organisational changes and the further development of structures and working tools
• You participate in projects and independently take on defined work packages and sub-projects
• You conduct research and analyses on operational and organisational issues and prepare the results in an understandable way
• You work with data and key figures and create evaluations as a basis for staff, process and project topics
• You work closely with the staff management, project management and various specialist departments and areas of the Insel Group

What you bring

• You have a qualification as a nursing specialist (Dipl. HF or BScN) with further training at bachelor or master level in business administration, health economics, healthcare management or a comparable field or a degree in business administration, health economics or a comparable field (BSc or MSc)
• With a business or health economics background, you ideally have experience in healthcare or a strong interest in the structures and interrelationships of the healthcare system
• Further training in project management, process management, organisational development or a comparable area is an advantage
• You bring professional experience in an operational, organisational or project-related function
• You think analytically and in a networked way and are interested in operational and organisational contexts
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy further developing processes and structures
• You can prepare complex information in an understandable way and enjoy working with different professionals and departments
• Ideally, you have a flair for data and key figures
