About the job

To ensure the proper maintenance of our facilities and green spaces, while contributing to a warm living environment for our residents, we are looking for a new colleague. Within a dynamic team composed of two technical collaborators and a service manager, you will work closely together. Daily tasks are shared and carried out jointly to guarantee the continuity and quality of services.

Your main activities will be:

• Maintenance of green spaces: you will ensure the trimming of hedges, lawn care, and garden creation. You bring our outdoor areas to life with careful landscaping and floral decoration.
• Maintenance and repairs: you carry out routine repairs and maintenance work necessary for the proper functioning of the institution.
• Winter maintenance: you ensure snow clearance and salting of access routes to guarantee safety.
• Animal care: you take care of the institution's animals, ensuring their well-being and the hygiene of their living spaces.
• Waste management: you manage waste disposal and coordinate sorting according to current regulations.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a horticulturist specialising in landscaping or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of a medico-social establishment and its technical environment is an asset
• Demonstrate autonomy, organisation, and the ability to manage priorities
• Team spirit and flexibility in working hours (availability to provide on-call service)
• Driving licence essential, trailer licence (BE) an advantage or willingness to obtain one
• Comfortable with common IT tools
