IT Risk & Governance Manager (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Role:
Does GRC mean more to you than guidelines, checklists and audits? Then this role offers the opportunity to truly shape governance, risk and compliance. You connect security, data protection, risk and business continuity topics and ensure that regulatory requirements become practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
You are the central interface for governance, risk & compliance and bring together various internal and external stakeholders.
You are responsible for information security, data protection, trade compliance, BCM and risk.
You further develop the ISMS and ensure that relevant security requirements are consistently implemented.
You assess the performance of internal and external providers and ensure compliance with SLAs and compliance requirements.
You manage GRC projects and bring together different departments as well as overarching bodies.
You keep an eye on regulatory developments and translate new requirements into appropriate local guidelines.
You manage risks from identification through assessment to regular review and documentation.
You further develop the risk system and create transparency about business and IT risks.
You prepare management information, dashboards and status reports clearly and tailored to the target audience.
You make security and compliance topics tangible through awareness measures and professionally prepare audits.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, law or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in GRC, process or control documentation and project work.
You are familiar with regulatory requirements and ideally have already worked in a correspondingly demanding environment.
You have sound knowledge of IT security and data protection.
You know ISO 27001 or NIST and have practical experience with risk management as well as the development of policies and frameworks.
You think analytically, grasp complex contexts quickly and work precisely and structured at the same time.
You are at home with digital tools and have an interest in modern GRC software solutions.
You work confidently with MS Office and especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
You communicate clearly and confidently and can win over different stakeholders for common solutions.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
