Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for order processing from recording to delivery.
You inform customers about delivery times, order status and open orders.
In export processing, you ensure compliance with customs and legal requirements.
You reconcile stock levels and customer needs with current delivery possibilities.
You organise the necessary documents for shipping and coordinate the dispatch of goods.
You keep price lists, framework agreements and customer portals up to date.
You take into account Incoterms, VAT and preferential certificates of origin during export.
You coordinate open orders, delivery capacities and order forecasts with internal specialist departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or logistics apprenticeship or a comparable basic education.
Further training in foreign trade/export, ideally with a federal certificate.
Several years of experience in industrial order processing and export business.
Good knowledge of customs regulations, rules of origin and Incoterms.
Experience in a production or industrial company.
Confident handling of ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA SD is an advantage.
Structured working method and confident handling of several parallel orders.
Very good German and good English skills for written and oral communication.
