Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
- Independent management of financial accounting for real estate-related transactions
- Review, posting and monitoring of rent and ancillary cost statements
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for real estate-related accounts
- Coordination with external partners such as auditors and tax consultants
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for real estate-related projects
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting, further training is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience as an accountant in the real estate sector
- Very good German
- Structured working method, accuracy and reliability.
