Patient Service Employee (m/f/d) 100% Fixed-Term
Your Tasks
- Recording menu preferences of patients and guests using an electronic menu selection system
- All tasks related to preparation and follow-up for the service
- Customer-oriented beverage and meal service as well as laundry logistics in patient rooms
- Weekly ordering of food and non-food items for the wards
- Organisation of rooming-in for guests as well as flower care
- Daily contribution to the well-being of our patients
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally in hospitality or a clinical environment
- Good PC user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (understanding Swiss dialect), foreign language skills are desirable
- Well-groomed appearance as well as courteous and respectful interaction with patients
- Team spirit, professional communication skills
