Role:
Are you a specialist in accounting and want to further develop your expertise in the banking and pension sector? Our Rocken partner is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant (m/f/d) who will take over the accounting for several pension institutions in a dynamic team. If you enjoy working with numbers and want to apply your skills in foundation accounting as well as in the digitalisation of processes, you are exactly right here.
Responsibilities:
- You are a specialist in accounting in the banking and pension sector, especially in the area of vested benefits and pillar 3a
- Monitoring cash flow statements and managing foundation accounting for various pension institutions are among your core tasks
- You prepare monthly financial statements for the bank and report to the bank accounting department
- Quarterly and annual financial statements of the pension institutions are prepared by you in cooperation with management, according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
- You take responsibility for payment flows and coordinate these with management and bank accounting
- Monitoring invoicing and commission handling for various partners is also part of your duties
- You prepare statistics for external authorities, management, and the bank
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education and specialised further training (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in a bank or foundation, especially in the 2nd and 3rd pillar
- You have experience in foundation accounting and cash flow statements
- High initiative as well as a strong quality awareness and professional communication skills characterise you
- You have a technical flair and are familiar with banking applications
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
