For our client, a historic and recognised player in international transport (road / air / sea), logistics and customs, present on several sites in the Geneva region and neighbouring France, we are looking for a:

Your mission
You will join the French-speaking headquarters (Geneva basin) to strengthen an experienced and dynamic sales team, in a family work environment where everyone knows each other.
Your main responsibilities
• Strengthen our client’s image and presence on the Swiss and international market
• Maintain and develop an existing client portfolio
• Acquire new clients
• Visit clients and present new service offers, with wide freedom of movement in the field.
• Advise clients through various media (visits, telephone, emails, video calls), with a credible and consultative approach rather than "aggressive sales".
• Work closely with operations, marketing and other members of the sales team to ensure excellent service quality and strong responsiveness.
• Participate with management in defining objectives, prospect studies, activity monitoring (statistics, reporting, etc.
Your profile
• Holder of a freight forwarding CFC or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in international transport / transit and sales, ideally with a player having similar activities, with an existing portfolio and contact book.
• Excellent knowledge of the local, regional and international economic fabric.
• Good knowledge of Swiss / French customs.
• Mastery of French and English, spoken and written, essential for exchanges with clients, foreign agents and the head office in German-speaking Switzerland; another language (especially German) is a differentiating asset.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (office software, working with statistical data, spreadsheets)
• Credible, authentic and consultative personality, enjoying contact, novelty and showing empathy and initiative

• Permanent contract 100%, with openness to 90% depending on profile
• 5 weeks’ holiday from the start, increasing to 6 weeks during the fifth year.
• Fixed annual salary paid over 13 months
