Your Tasks

Warehouse management:

• Ensure the daily management and smooth operation of the warehouse.

• Organise and control the incoming and outgoing goods.

• Monitor stock levels, inventories and various material flows.

• Guarantee the proper organisation and upkeep of the site.

• Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse.

• Enforce health and safety regulations at work.

Operations coordination:

• Coordinate and plan international moving operations in liaison with the various stakeholders.

• Plan teams composed of 3 movers, as well as local subcontractors.

• Organise the resources necessary for the smooth running of operations.

• Ensure operational follow-up and contribute to resolving any unforeseen issues.

Vehicle and fleet management:

• Plan vehicle use according to operational needs.

• Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the fleet composed of 1 heavy goods vehicle and 2 vans.

• Ensure the general good condition and availability of vehicles.

Operational participation:

Depending on needs, you may be required to:

• Occasionally participate in moving operations.

• Carry out small equipment deliveries.

• Provide operational support to teams in the field.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in international moving, logistics or a similar field.

• Heavy goods vehicle licence essential.

• Very good knowledge of the logistics environment and constraints related to moving operations.

• Ability to organise and coordinate several activities simultaneously.

• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and practical mindset.

• Good communication and coordination skills with teams, clients and partners.

• Particular sensitivity to safety issues and compliance with procedures.

Languages

• German: mandatory, bilingual or fluent level.

• English or French: bilingual proficiency in one of the two languages is mandatory.
