CVSER Project Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" division in Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:

Your profile:

Engineering training in the building sector or training in building techniques, preferably complemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training),
At least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 5 years in the execution monitoring of CVSER lots, preferably in a general/total contractor or works management role,
At least one significant experience in a large project with a similar role and team management function,
Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (industrial, etc.),
Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project),
Strong organisational, planning and anticipation skills,
Good communication skills, collaborative spirit and mutual support,
Adaptability, flexible, autonomous and solution-oriented,
Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site),
Knowledge of BIM is an asset.

Your role:

Responsible for quality, costs, deadlines and safety,
Team manager role: managing and supporting a team of CVSER site managers through the various project phases (execution preparation, execution monitoring, commissioning, client receptions, authority receptions, etc.),
Proactive in proposing and implementing operational processes on a large project (reporting, organisational evolution according to project needs, etc.),
Managing relationships with architectural works management, contractors, and the client,
Periodic reporting to management (financial, scheduling, quality, etc.).
