Level 1 Customer Support Technician (M/F) 100% - Fixed-term contract for 6 months

Your mission

You will be the first point of contact for our users. Your role will be crucial to ensure the best customer experience by providing quality technical support and managing requests efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Provide professional and appropriate telephone reception
• Analyse and handle customer and partner requests efficiently
• Configure and troubleshoot our VoIP solutions and network devices Network: Connectivity control, router management, preparation and shipment of equipment VoIP: Management of answering machines, call forwarding, extensions, etc.
• Escalate complex requests to higher support levels
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of tickets and technical requests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes

Required profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent training
• Experience in technical customer support, ideally in telecommunications
• Knowledge of Mikrotik, Zyxel, FRITZ!Box, Yealink, Gigaset equipment: an asset
• Familiarity with VoIP tools (FreePBX, VitalPBX, 3CX) and ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organisational skills and effective priority management
• Fluency in French and technical English
• Knowledge of German (a plus)
• Residence near Yverdon-les-Bains
