Investigator 20 to 40%

On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Geneva agency is looking for a:

-Fluency in French and English (minimum level B2, ideally C1), a third language is an asset.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, ease in social interactions and ability to engage with the public with diplomacy, a smile and dynamism.
-Rigour, autonomy, punctuality and a sense of responsibility.
-Initiative, flexibility and good stress resistance.
-Neat appearance and well-developed sense of service.
-Ability to work standing and on the move, sometimes outdoors, with variable hours.
-Previous professional experience (student job or other) is an asset, ideally in surveys, commerce, hospitality, catering or reception.
-Clean criminal record required. Main tasks

-Conduct surveys through interviews and/or distribute questionnaires.
-Carry out performance measurements (waiting times, counts, etc.)
-Perform checks (verifying compliance with schedules and prices).

Secondary / occasional / optional tasks
-Participate in events organised by our client.
-Perform various data entries.
-Take part in occasional assignments according to our client’s needs.
-Occasional travel outside the client’s main site may be required (travel by your own means and reimbursed upon receipt).

-Hours: between 2 and 5 hours per day depending on the routes, during the day between 4:00 and 23:00 max.
-Working days: weekdays and/or weekends.
