Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

Ensure the monitoring of maintenance and technical installations of the building.

Independently carry out inspection and maintenance tasks of technical installations.

Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets.

Ensure various troubleshooting and minor repairs.

Monitor and accompany the execution of work by contracted companies.

Update existing documentation for electrical installations and maintenance.

Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors.

Building management and control.

Participation in an on-call service. Project follow-up.

Technical optimisations.

Your profile:

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician installer or equivalent qualification.

Holder of an OIBT electrician accreditation article 15.

Several years of proven experience in this field.

Good experience in administrative and technical management of small projects.

Good command of HVAC installation regulation aspects.

Very good command of French, spoken and written, another language is an asset.

Good command of common IT tools.

Valid driving licence.

Team spirit.

Great adaptability and strong sense of priorities.
