Training Specialist 80-100%
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organisation of events promoting professional training (internships, pre-apprenticeships, forums, open days, etc.)
- Recruitment of apprentices and establishment of apprenticeship contracts
- Point of contact for authorities and internal and external stakeholders related to professional training
- Facilitation of regular follow-up sessions with apprentices and trainers, including the internal Apprenticeship Commission
- Centralisation of academic monitoring (grades, evaluations, reports, etc.) and disciplinary matters if necessary
- Organisation of the welcome week for new apprentices and the end-of-apprenticeship reception
- Visits to apprentices on site
- Development of dashboards to monitor apprentices (success rates, dropouts, satisfaction, etc.)
- Creation and updating of an internal training catalogue
- Organisation of internal training modules with subject matter experts
- Establishment and monitoring of training agreements
- Evaluation of training and implementation of indicators to assess the impact of training
- Market analysis regarding external training
- Selection of external training providers
- Creation of partnerships with training institutes and (higher) education institutions
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role
- Excellent administrative and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, an ERP system (ProConcept) and an HRIS
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening, pedagogical sense
- Organisational skills, ease in managing priorities
- Autonomy and initiative
