For one of our clients, a company specialised in waterproofing and building envelopes, and to work on various construction and renovation sites in the Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a:
Site Manager in Waterproofing M/F at 100%
Job Description
- Organisation, planning and monitoring of waterproofing sites
- Management of flat roofs, terraces and underground worksites
- Coordination of teams, subcontractors and various stakeholders
- Technical monitoring and control of proper execution of works
- Management of orders and site supplies
- Preparation and verification of measurements
- Monitoring costs, deadlines and budgets
- Participation in site meetings with clients, architects and project managers
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Profile Sought
- Training in the building or waterproofing sector
- Proven experience in site management in waterproofing
- Very good knowledge of waterproofing systems: bitumen, synthetic membranes, resins
- Good command of plan reading and measurements
- Knowledge of the Swiss market and standards is a strong asset
- Autonomous, organised and comfortable managing teams
- Good interpersonal skills with clients and various partners
- Driving licence essential
