Real Estate Trustee 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company specialising in the development and production of innovative food products and customised product solutions. The company combines many years of experience with state-of-the-art technologies, comprehensive research and development expertise, and a consistent focus on quality. International customer relationships and continuous innovation characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
- You will take comprehensive care of our existing residential properties and ensure their efficient management
- You are responsible for re-lettings and first occupancy properties
- You prepare rental contracts and adjust rents to current market conditions
- You plan and conduct viewings as well as handovers of apartments and prepare the necessary protocols and final accounts
- You manage the accounting of our properties and ensure proper financial administration
Qualifications:
- Completed further training as a real estate manager with a professional certificate
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and real estate software
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Teamwork skills, resilience and assertiveness
- Driving licence category B
- Confident German language skills
