Job Description
As a cook, you participate in the preparation and production of meals intended for pupils, staff and the various audiences welcomed within the establishment, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and presentation standards. Although the activity is part of collective catering, particular attention is paid to the choice of raw materials and the quality of the products used. You will thus have the opportunity to work with good products, carefully selected, and must be able to meet the high expectations of the clientele.
On a daily basis, you ensure the preparation and cooking of the various dishes according to the established menus, while ensuring the freshness, quality and presentation of the dishes. You also participate in setting up, serving and tidying the kitchen. Integrated into a team, you contribute to the smooth running of the brigade and actively participate in the quality of the service. Your experience and creativity will also be appreciated in order to develop the services and maintain a high level of requirement.
Split shifts, variable days off.
Profile sought
Holder of a cook’s federal certificate of competence (CFC), we are looking for a candidate with proven experience, ideally in collective catering. You are organised, dynamic, rigorous, reliable, committed and autonomous in your work. You attach great importance to quality rather than quantity to meet the high expectations of a demanding clientele.
