ICT Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you recognise how intelligent IT solutions arise from individual business requirements? Do you combine technical know-how with consulting skills and want to accompany projects from the initial idea to successful implementation? Then this role offers the opportunity to actively shape modern IT architectures and advance companies technologically.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of individual ICT solutions for demanding business requirements
Design of modern cloud and infrastructure architectures based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Analysis of existing IT environments and identification of optimisation and modernisation potentials
Planning and realisation of infrastructure migrations, cloud introductions and technical expansions
Coordination of technical implementations and ensuring stable and secure commissioning
Support in analysing and solving complex technical challenges in networked system landscapes
Further development of security concepts focusing on identity management, access control and cloud security
Gathering and evaluating requirements as well as developing suitable architecture and service concepts
Technical consulting of contacts and accompanying from solution definition to handover to operations
Support in developing new IT services and in technical presentations within solution discussions
Creation of comprehensible technical concepts, architecture overviews and operational documentation
Close collaboration with engineering, service management and other technical specialists
Qualifications:
Solid education in computer science or an equivalent technical qualification
Several years of experience in system technology, IT infrastructure or technical solution development
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft cloud environment, especially Azure and Microsoft 365
Broad understanding of networks, servers, cloud services and integrated IT architectures
Experience with IT security, secure system configurations and modern access concepts
Ability to analyse technical and operational requirements and derive suitable solutions
Ideally knowledge in cloud governance, automation and standardised deployment processes
Strong communication skills and professional handling of different stakeholders
High initiative, analytical thinking and a structured working style
Enjoyment in taking on technical responsibility and independently driving customer projects forward
