Building Draughtsman Specialising in Interior Architecture 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Creation of execution plans and technical details related to interior architecture projects
• Development of layout solutions for hotel, restaurant and wellness space projects
• Coordination with the various project stakeholders
• Participation in the monitoring of concepts and their implementation
• Preparation of technical details related to high-end materials and finishes

Profile

• Training as a building draughtsman, architectural draughtsman or interior architect
• Proven experience in interior architecture
• Experience in the hotel industry is a real asset
• Good knowledge of technical details and noble materials (natural stone, stretched fabrics, high-end coverings, etc.)
• Attention to detail, precision and autonomy
• Ability to work in a demanding and quality-oriented environment
