Finance & Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
Do you want to combine payroll and financial accounting while having direct contact with various companies? For an established organisation in the international business and service environment, we are looking for a reliable individual to support clients with administrative and financial matters. You can expect a varied role with personal responsibility, diverse mandates, and an international environment.
Responsibilities:
You manage the payroll accounting including payroll statements, salary certificates and social insurances
You conduct financial accounting and prepare annual financial statements according to OR
You handle withholding taxes, insurance benefits and other topics related to payroll and personnel administration
You maintain personnel and salary data and prepare certificates for external bodies
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and further training in accounting
You bring experience in financial accounting
Further training in payroll or personnel administration is an advantage
You work confidently with MS Office and ideally have experience with Sage or comparable systems
You communicate fluently in German and present yourself in a customer-oriented and professional manner
