Job Description
You do not pass on requests: you resolve them. As the first point of contact for property managers, residents, and electricians, by phone and email, you personally handle the vast majority of requests from start to finish:
- Remote management: adding a resident, changing a number, activating a badge, changing a code
- Line diagnostics and escalation to after-sales service with useful information
- Referral to the project team for installation or modernisation requests
- Scheduling on-site appointments at residents’ homes
- Accurate entry and rigorous follow-up of each request in management tools
Profile Sought
- Excellent telephone manner: clear, calm, you understand a request and handle it during the call
- Demonstrated thoroughness: you proofread before confirming and see each request through to completion
- Flawless French, both spoken and written
- Conversational English; Portuguese, Italian or Spanish appreciated
- Comfortable with business web interfaces, without being an IT specialist; all tools are taught internally
- Experience ideally gained in an alarm or remote surveillance centre, after-sales service coordination in construction (lifts, automatic doors, fire safety), or customer support at a telecom operator
- Good knowledge of the Geneva and French-speaking Swiss region
- Office hours Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or on-call duties. Temporary assignment with a view to permanent employment.
