In this role, as an IT System Engineer platform developer, you design innovative solutions in the Auto-ID environment and actively contribute to the digitalisation and sustainable development of platforms. You analyse complex requirements, develop suitable system architectures, and ensure a stable, high-performance, and future-proof IT platform. You apply your professional expertise to approach technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and implement continuous improvements. With your commitment, you ensure that the platforms meet the high demands of modern, digital business processes.
Responsibilities:
Technical co-responsibility for a powerful and secure ICT environment across workplace, infrastructure, and cloud services
Setup, configuration, and lifecycle management of server and network components as well as further development of the Microsoft-based system landscape
Support users with technical challenges and sustainable troubleshooting in ongoing IT operations
Implementation of new IT solutions and digitalisation projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
Qualifications:
Solid IT background with completed vocational training and several years of practical experience in an infrastructure or system technology role
Broad knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments as well as experience with security-relevant operational tasks
Understanding of modern cloud and workplace technologies and motivation to continuously develop existing platforms
Solution-oriented and independent personality with a strong service mentality, team spirit, and confident communication in German and English
