Job Description
In this key role, you will play a central part in the quality of the customer experience as well as in the smooth operational running of the establishment.
As Maître d'Hôtel & Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising front-of-house operations, supporting and coordinating teams, while working closely with management. Your organisational skills, natural leadership, excellent presentation and customer focus will enable you to actively contribute to maintaining the establishment's high standards.
You will also participate in the preparation and smooth running of banquets and receptions, ensuring their flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a dynamic individual with solid experience in high-end catering. Endowed with natural leadership, excellent service skills and strong interpersonal qualities, you know how to unite a team, manage priorities and guarantee a high level of service.
Comfortable in a demanding environment and in contact with a clientele attentive to quality, you demonstrate availability, diplomacy and responsiveness in all circumstances. Organised, versatile and solution-oriented, you enjoy hands-on work and know how to keep calm in the face of unforeseen events or during busy periods.
