Senior Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will take on a key role in our finance team and be responsible for managing various accounting tasks. Your duties include:
- Monitoring daily accounting operations.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports.
- Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Conducting financial analyses and providing insights to management.
- Supporting budget and forecast preparation.
- Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Supervising and training junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or a similar certification is an advantage.
- Proven professional experience as an accountant, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good understanding of relevant regulations and compliance.
