Customer Support Specialist Export

For a leading international industrial and technology company in the Uster area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and motivated individual for commercial customer service with technical understanding.

• Customer care from A to Z: Professional support and advice for internal and external customers regarding orders, technical inquiries, and payment issues.

• Export and order processing: Independent recording of offers and orders including the creation of all customs and export documents.

• Interface coordination: Close cooperation with sales, operations, supply chain, and spare parts service for efficient problem solving.

• Process responsibility: Coordination of relevant internal resources to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Education & Experience: Successfully completed commercial basic training (or equivalent) as well as at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in customer support or back office.

• Expertise: Practical experience in export processing and order handling.

• Technical affinity: Basic technical understanding (ideally knowledge from areas such as robotics, railway technology, or industrial goods).

• IT skills: Proficient use of MS Office (including Teams) as well as knowledge of SAP (preferably GTS / S/4HANA).

• Languages: German at native level and good English skills (at least B2). French skills are an advantage.

• Personality: Reliable, structured working style and quick comprehension.

What to expect

• Employment duration: Fixed-term project for 6 months (option for extension available).

• Work location & flexibility: Work location Uster. Regular working hours (approx. 08:00–17:00, slightly flexible). After the induction phase, home office is possible by arrangement.

• Focus: Modern communication mainly via e-mail and MS Teams.
