IT System Specialist (m/f/d)

Further development and operation of the PRTG monitoring platform including solution concepts, standards and requirements engineering
Design and implementation of automation and integration with subsystems such as CMDB and ITSM
Development and distribution of monitoring models and sensors for network, storage, hypervisor as well as Windows and Linux servers
Ensuring the stability and life-cycle of the monitoring solution including connected systems
Technical support for technical teams, service managers and customers as well as design and realisation of monitoring projects
Consulting and support for installation, operation and optimisation of monitoring solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, higher IT education HF/FH advantageous
Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2016+, PowerShell, WMI, SNMP and APIs as well as experience with monitoring systems, ideally PRTG
Broad technical know-how in Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Linux, networks, firewalls, hypervisor and storage
Strong willingness to learn and openness to related fields as well as enthusiasm for new technical challenges
Very good German skills and business fluent English spoken and written
